• Our servers are housed in a state of the art, Tier 1, SAS 70, Type II certified Data Center in Austin, Texas adjacent to several major internet backbones.
• The Data Center is protected 24/7 by guards, security cameras, key card access and electronic logging of all entry and exit.
• No outsider is allowed; Only systems and network administration staff have access.
• The Network Operations Center (NOC) is staffed with senior system technicians 24x7x365.
• This particular Data Center has triple redundant power feeds, an uninterruptible power supply, three dimensional fire suppression systems and redundant HVAC and cable routing systems.
• Each customer has its own independent database protected by unique ID and password combinations.
• Your data is backed up daily and synchronized with an off-site server.
• Your system administrator can download your data backups at any time, day or night. This gives you the ability to have an off-site backup of your own, should your connection to the internet fail.
• We use Server 2008R2. This is the most up to date Windows Server Platform offered by Microsoft and offers unparalleled security enhancements and scalability.
