Web Site Integration (add on)

Save a significant amount of data entry time by moving the burden of data entry over to your candidates. You can link your web site's ‘apply online page' directly to your Fleetware database, no longer requiring you to enter basic information and resume. Features include:

Easy-to-use interface for managing new submissions.
Add new candidates or update existing ones.
Interpreting and attaching of the resume.
Automatic linking of the candidate with the job they've applied in the Fleetware database (utilizing Fleetware's Sendout form).
Create a reminder to follow up with the candidate.
Flexibility with how much data you want to collect. Create a brief form with contact information and resume browse and attach functionality or, make a detailed application page.

We offer two levels of service to fit your needs:

Submission Import Program only - we'll tailor our import program to match the output of your existing apply online page, or provide the specs for your web developer to use.
Submission Import Program plus Page Design and Hosting - If your website or website designer is unable to create a submit page with file browse and attach functionality, we can develop and host the page for you on our server, branding the page to look like your web site.
