MDV – Multiple Document Viewer
Candidate, Job Order and Client files may be viewed and updated on the screen at the same time. The MDV allows the user to open any four files of his choice at the same time.
The Project Planner
Search results or individual records can be submitted to the Project Planner which puts them in list form and provides easy daily access to all related data. The list can be prioritized and any records in this list can be updated at any time. The user is provided with a place to record notes about the list as a whole. Individual records or the entire group can be rolled over to a different day.
Resume Translator
Fleetware will process a resume that has been emailed, scanned or typed into the system. This automatic process will first extract the candidate's name, address, phone numbers, and e-mail address. Next, it will scan the body of the resume for all keywords using a custom synonary/word table designed specifically for your industry. Fleetware will then create a record in the database based on that information and attach the resume automatically.
Email Capabilities
You can send single or batch emails to any clients or candidates in your database. We integrate our letter report writer with the email system to provide email-merge capabilities. You can email a candidate's resume to your client with ease. Fleetware keeps a copy of all sent emails from the system for quick reference. Fleetware supports Outlook and most SMTP/POP3 mail systems including Microsoft Exchange Server.
Sendout Tracking
Fleetware uses the Sendout file to track resumes that are sent out, telephone/face-to-face interviews and placements - connecting them to the appropriate Candidate, Job Order and Client database records. Summary reports are available to track account executive activity.
The Daily Reminder System
This integrated reminder system allows the user to schedule events for a specific day and time. Fleetware will prompt the user with an alarm that beeps with a flashing screen displaying the event's message.
The Report Writer
Fleetware provides a word processor that allows you to custom design any reports you might need on the data you collect. You can also merge any of your data (Client name, address etc.) into custom letters, call lists, bulk mailings, envelopes and labels. Plus much more!
The Web Page Creator
Many of our clients post open job orders to their web site. We have developed the web page creator to help you save time and money by automatically creating a web page of open job orders that you can upload to your website with no third party intervention.
Auto Dial
With proper configuration, Fleetware will automatically dial any phone number in the database with a click of the mouse. Use the auto dialer with the Daily Planner to streamline your calling routine.
Security
Fleetware provides multiple layers of security to safeguard your data. Fleetware security can be tailored on a per user basis depending on your organization’s security policies and procedures.
Network Capability
Fleetware is available in both single and multi-user versions. Fleetware is compatible with Windows 95/98 peer-to-peer, Windows NT/2000/2003, Windows XP and Novell networks. In fact, our internet (application service provider) model even allows a Mac user to work in the system. Our ASP facility is equipped with completely redundant power, premium network connectivity, fire suppression, security and advanced monitoring systems from major suppliers to ensure maximum reliability and security. Our network is operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
