ADDITIONAL TIME CARD MODULE AVAILABLE!!! 

 DOCUMENT INTERPRETER
- General processing logic for contact information has been improved.
- Now scans for Cell Phone and Pager.
- If there is a header, it will be opened and scanned for contact information.
- Skills that are found will be highlighted in red throughout the body of the resume.
- After the process is complete, the resume will be scrolled to the top for easy review of the contact information.
- Each user can now specify specific libraries to be scanned as a default setting.
- After processing is complete, you can now remove skills that were accepted, right from the D.I. screen.
- If you get a notification of duplicate records found, you can now pick the duplicate you want to merge the data into.

EMAIL OPTIONS
- You can now specify an alternate subject line that is entered into the notes section for the associated records.
- While viewing the email composition window, you can double-click on the SiteID to jump to the record (especially helpful for mass emailing).

SENDOUTS
- The sendout screen will no longer be locked.
- The Billed Amount will now appear when printing sendouts.
- You can now email Interview Confirmations to the candidate and/or client.
- You can now search for a Contact Name in the sendout summary.
- After performing a sendout summary, you can now sort the display by Client or Candidate name.

DAILY PLANNER
- Each user can choose if they want the notes section updated any time they update the Action column for a particular planner record.
- While viewing a record, you can now update the planner's action column and priority column.


TICKLE REMINDERS
- For users who need to collaborate their schedules, a 'Shared' tickle file is now available.
- While viewing any record in ITS, you can see all tickle entries related to that record.
- When creating a new tickle, you can press F8 in the phone field to insert the candidate's cell phone.
- You can press F9 in the Tickle date field to stamp today's date.
- You can now select and move multiple entries using the CTRL key.
- When moving a tickle entry to a new date, ITS will now notify you if the new date is a weekend.

PRINTING
- You can now print all of the resumes for candidates in a search list, at once.
- You can now print the Quick Display.
- When printing a letter, a notation will be made in the notes section for that record.
- You can now specify printer bin and orientation settings when setting up letters.
- ITS can now be customized to handle 3 digit paper bins, if your printer requires it.

EXPORTING DATA
- You can now include field descriptions as the first line that is exported.
- When exporting candidate data, you can now include company name and address information when the candidate is linked as a contact to a client record.

WEB PAGE CREATOR
- When viewing the job description page, you can now import the Job title and Description.
- You can spell check any field on the screen by pressing CTRL-T.

NEW USER SPECIFIC SETTINGS
- Startup window size, partial or full screen.
- Note file font size.
- Contact grid size.
- Skill Grid selection width.

 ADMINISTRATIVE FEATURES
- An Auto Reports function is now available that allows you to display a customized HTML or MS Word document for every user when they log in every time or just once a day.
- An enhanced security feature allows you to restrict specific users to only be able to update notes on records that belong to that user.
- You can now determine the actual record count for any file.
- When printing the transaction file, you can now filter the print by a specific user.
- A user will only be allowed to print tickle data if their profile allows printing.

MISC FEATURES
-  A New Data Entry window that can be displayed side-by-side with any data record, allows you to copy and paste data into the fields with ease.
- You can now double-click on a date field to pop up a calendar to point-and-click the date you want.
- When viewing the skill grid for any record, you can now delete multiple entries at once.
- You can now batch selected records on the quick display.
- The Quick Display and Planner Detail windows now allow each user to set a default width for any column.
- You can spell check any field by pressing CTRL-T.
- When looking up a candidate by name, ITS will automatically check for suffixes such as Jr., Sr. II, III.
- The Internet Site button's functionality has been moved to a Internet menu on the top.
- You can copy highlighted notes from the notes window to one of the attached Alternate Documents.
- The Alternate Documents button will now be highlighted with blue if there are documents present for that record.
- The Contact grid will no longer be locked.

The Web version of ITS now supports Macintosh users.
